Terms of Use

Last reviewed · July 2026

These terms cover your use of the PixelLedger website and a PixelLedger Pro subscription. By reading the site or subscribing you agree to them. If something here does not work for you, the simplest course is not to use the service.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to our reporting with attribution. You may not scrape the site wholesale, republish full articles or datasets as your own, or resell Pro content. Automated harvesting of the archive is not permitted. Treat our work the way you would want yours treated.

Subscriptions

PixelLedger Pro is a monthly subscription billed by invoice after you confirm your order through the form. Access is personal to you and covers the deep-dives, the quarterly market report, the data newsletter and the archive. Sharing a single login across an organisation is not covered by an individual plan — write to us for team arrangements.

Accuracy and independence

We report carefully and correct openly, but figures move and sources revise. Our analysis reflects our reading of the market at the time of writing. It is journalism and commentary, not investment, legal or financial advice, and you act on it at your own judgment. See the disclaimer for the detail.

Your conduct

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, submit false details through our forms, or use the newsletter or contact channels to send spam. We may suspend access that abuses the service or breaches these terms, without refund where the breach is clear.

Liability and changes

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, PixelLedger is not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of our coverage. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives at this address, and material changes will be noted with a fresh review date. Questions go to [email protected].
